The approach:
In a preliminary discussion (duration 20 minutes) we clarify your topics and the chosen setting.
The actual coaching takes place by appointment and within the desired framework. The duration of the coaching conversation is limited to 1.5 hours. During this time, the "breakthrough moment" arises and together we work out the concrete next step that makes the difference - the first step towards personal transformation and "Open Mind ".
No further follow-up coaching is necessary for the chosen topic, because you will have worked out everything you need to embark on the transformation journey immediately and independently.
